I am Gustavo Monje, your guide on this journey. For over two decades, I have immersed myself in the practice of Tantric meditation, and for more than ten years, I have been sharing these ancient techniques with wisdom seekers like you. My YouTube channel, @emotionallyfityogi, boasts over 20,000 subscribers, and through it, I share a vast library of meditation and yogic philosophy videos made for seekers like you, who want to go deep into spiritual life. My journey has taken me from ashrams in Brazil to the spiritual sanctuaries of India, where I received my meditation and yoga teacher training. I take immense joy in blending the wisdom of my Native Quechua lineage with the profound teachings of the Tantric Yoga lineage that I was initiated into over 20 years ago. Who is this meditation course for?

This course is for anyone who is ready to build or strengthen a meditation practice. It's also for those who have an existing cosmology and are seeking a new one that is complementary. It does not matter if you have never meditated before or perhaps have some experience.

How long do I have to access the modules?

You will enjoy a lifetime membership! This course will always be open for you to revisit.

How long will it take me to complete the course?

It is self-paced and designed to be completed between 2-8 weeks.

Do I have to change my spiritual beliefs or religion to take this course?

One unique feature of this course is that you are not required to abandon your current spiritual beliefs. In fact, you are encouraged to bring your knowledge and spiritual experience to your work here.

Do I have to join an organization or affiliate with a particular group or teacher to take this course?
